We'd rather run one neighborhood beautifully than half of Broward badly. Our routes stay tight on purpose — it's how we hold the same day every week and reach you quickly when something needs attention.

Each neighborhood gets one consistent weekend service day, and you'll know yours before your first visit. It stays the same week to week. As we add technicians some routes may shift days — you'd get advance notice, never a surprise.
Because it's a flat monthly rate, not a per-visit charge. Some months have four service days and some have five, and it averages out across the year. One predictable number, every month.
It depends on how much has built up, so we quote it once we've seen the yard — it isn't included in the monthly price. Founding Members get 50% off theirs.
The first ten households on each new route. You hold your rate for twelve months, get half off the initial cleanup, and help set the service day for the neighborhood. Once ten seats are taken on a route, new homes join at standard pricing.
No. As long as we can reach the yard, you never have to be there. We text before we arrive and send a photo of the latched gate when we leave.
Indoors or otherwise separated from the service area. We ask this of every member — it protects your dog, protects our technician, and means nobody is managing an open gate with a loose dog nearby. If that isn't possible at your home, talk to us and we'll work out an arrangement in advance.
We'll text you from the property and wait a few minutes. If we still can't reach the yard we note it as missed-access and catch you on the next service day — that visit isn't credited, since we made the trip. Share a gate code or leave it unlocked on service day and this never comes up.
Standard service double-bags it and places it in your outdoor trash bin, which keeps your price lower. Prefer it gone from the property entirely? Add Club haul away for $20 a month.
Light rain, we work. Lightning or a real storm, we move you to the next safe window and let you know. We never skip a week and still charge you for it.
Yes, at no cost. Tell us your dates and we'll pause your billing and pick right back up when you're home.
In some neighborhoods. A second weekly visit needs enough nearby homes to justify a second route day, so it depends on your area — ask and we'll tell you straight whether we can support it yet.
